1Information we collect

  • Contact details: name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Business and Amazon account details you choose to share, such as a store or product link and target market.
  • Technical information sent with website forms: the page you were on, the referring page, language and campaign parameters (UTM, gclid, fbclid).
  • For SellerGrid users only: orders, financial events, settlements, inventory and advertising reports retrieved from Amazon after you authorise access.

  • To provide the services and consultations you request.
  • To communicate updates and important information about your account or request.
  • To produce the reports that only you can see inside SellerGrid.
  • To improve our services and offerings.

3Amazon data and SellerGrid

SellerGrid connects to Amazon only through Amazon's official authorisation pages and APIs (Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API). We never ask for your Amazon password or one-time codes.

SellerGrid reads data only. It does not change listings, prices, campaigns, bids or budgets.

Amazon data is used solely to provide SellerGrid reports to the seller who authorised it. It is never sold, never shared with other sellers and never used for advertising.

4Data protection

  • We do not share your personal or business data with any third party without your consent, except service providers that host or process data on our behalf under equivalent protections, or where the law requires it.
  • Information is stored securely using industry-standard measures. SellerGrid data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and each seller's data is kept separate.

5Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations, then delete it securely.

6Your rights

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
  • SellerGrid users can disconnect their Amazon account at any time and request deletion of their data.
  • Send data-related requests to info@druza.net.
