1Before work starts
If you cancel before any work on your order has started, you can request a full refund.
2After work starts
Fees for work already delivered — such as completed reviews, consultations held, or a service month already in progress — are not refundable. Any prepaid portion for work that has not yet started is refundable on request.
3Amazon and third-party costs
Amounts paid to Amazon or other third parties, such as advertising spend, Amazon fees or photography, are outside Druza's control and are not refundable by Druza.
4How to request a refund
Email info@druza.net with your name, invoice or payment reference and the reason. We review every request and reply by email; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5Written agreements
If your written proposal or contract states different refund terms, those terms apply.
